The cleanliness, the rooftop pool, very attentive and friendly at reception.. drinks were excellently made - cocktails, iced coffees etc. My airline amended my flight and I had to leave a day early and the hotel did not charge me despite the booking being non refundable. Airport transport was arranged at a reasonable price as well.

The staff made our stay. Everyone was attentive & friendly, whilst creating a professional & relaxing environment. Ketis made our stay extra special, catering to all of our food & drink requests whilst enjoying the rooftop pool.

We had a fantastic stay here! Spacious rooms, very clean. The breakfast buffet is nice as well. Absolute highlight for us was the staff, who made us feel welcome from the start. Shout out to Jose at the restaurant! ☺️

- Amazing place to stay at in Cartagena. Especially the staff is very nice. I was feeling bad the last day of our stay and they were so kind to arrange a free room for me to stay during the day - The rooms are very big and the bathroom is very comfortable - Location is very central in Cartagena, everything can be reached by walking

Friendly and helpful staff, nice-sized, comfortable room. The swimming pool was lovely and the view of the castle and the city from the poor area is splendid. We really enjoyed our 2-night stay here and would stay again.
