The hotel was my safe heaven after running a way from a terrible hostel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was the same size as the room. The hotel is very well decorated and it has a very nice pool. The breakfast was very good and the stuff very helpful. The hotel is 5 min walk from the Marbella beach and few minutes from supermarket and restaurants.

Staff was super nice. The room was big. We have hot water and cleaning service of our room during the stay. Location was just outside the old town but very convenient.

Cozy, lovely, big rooms, air conditioning very well working. The common spaces are beautiful. 280 mt from the city walls. Tiny swimming pool. Good breakfast

Very comfortable, big room - the best place to rest after long, hot day. Excellent localization - 5 minutes to the beach (not dreaming one but OK) and 10 minutes to the historical center with 1000 shops and restaurants. Very quiet and clean neighborhood.

Casa Bustamante exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful, tranquil, unique, safe & historical hotel like no other. Breakfast every morning was nourishing & tasty (we loved the scrambled eggs!) Each of the staff are incredible & were keen to practice Spanish with my partner (who speaks much better than me!) Our room was divine & we had ample space. It was comfortable & unique in its furnishings & original architecture. The pool & garden is much better than the photos & we ended up spending quite a bit of time relaxing in between the beautiful chaos of the city. They also have security at all hours & keep the front gate locked so you feel so safe.

Raphael our concierge was a complete delight. We stayed in a brand new room that was tastefully decorated and cosy. All the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel itself is historical and well located with plenty of things to do just a short walk away.

Great location and old world charm combined with delicious breakfasts and lovely service. Rafael was brilliant. So nice to retreat to the pool after the hot days out.

Very nice colonial house, you can really feel immersed in Cartagena history Nice common areas, with a clean swimming pool H24 staff on site, we felt very safe. Really welcoming staff at breakfast and during the day New rooms currently in construction are definitely an upgrade, we had a first look and would recommend look for these
