The air conditioning was the best! I can not stress it enough how important it is. Cartagena was extremely hot which made being outside very uncomfortable. This to the point of spoiling the experience, unfortunately. The hotel has a colonial style decor and feel which is in keeping with the local area and history. It is central with loads of nice bars, clubs and restaurants nearby. All the staff were super friendly. Good value for money.

Centrally located. Pool was nice to cool off in - but is pretty small if there are several guests with the same idea. Our room (3 beds) was a good size for 3 people.

The room was spacious and the beds very comfy. Location was great as well, very close to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location in Getsemani to explore the city on foot and 24/7 reception with very nice and welcoming employees. The included breakfast was tasty and very good portions, and the room was big enough with high ceilings and comfortable beds. I also really liked to courtyard structure of the hotel. Great to have both airco and a ceiling fan, and a shower with hot water (hear it’s not the standard in the Cartagena).

Great hotel with friendly staff. Busy Getsemani is only one street away, but still you are in a quiet neighborhood. If you have a car, you can leave it in a parking only 100 meters further. The room was comfy and i slept like a baby in the bed. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. I would stay there again.

Cartagena Legend was brilliant. Located in the Getsemani neighbourhood, it is within walking distance from the main attractions and also from restaurants, bars and cafes. I went out at night on my own and didn't feel unsafe at any point.
