Staff were very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. We felt safe here. We were taken care of. It's complicated getting here, but the hotel provides all transportation services and I HIGHLY recommend using their services, it will save you alot of time, energy and money. The food was great, te beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spotless. The balcony looked right over the beach and so did some of the restaurant seating areas.

Room with a balcony was really nice. Got bit warm during the night but you can pay extra for airco or book room with airco straight away. Breakfast was really tasty and the staff was attentive. The hotel is at the quieter part of Playa blanca, the other spots are too crowded ao we really enjoyed.
