very clean and easy place to stay in the old town. the staff was fantastic - really all amazing- went out of their way to help with anything. food was pretty good and room service is free of charge. the bedroom is very big and has a smart tv which is great !

Right in the historic centre of Cartagena, this beautiful hotel has a very good breakfast, awesome pool and the staff is always super friendly and helpful, one of the best room i've stayed in my 3 weeks trip highly reccomended 💯

The hotel has excellent shower pressure, which is not common in all colombian hotels. The beds are comfortable and it is clean. The location is equally good, placed in the old town and close to city highlights. The breakfast was also good, located in a cafe within the same building as the hotel.

The hotel was exactly as expected, with exceptionally nice staff who were committed to making our experience the best. Everything was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was outstanding. The cafe in front of the hotel served delicious food, and the surroundings were fantastic. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, helpful staff, good air conditioning, rooftop pool (although it’s smaller than photos make it look and needs some restoration)
