I arrived late at night, while no one was there the communication with Hector was immediate so I could get into the apartment. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, it was comfortable, big, new, super clean and the balcony looked right in front of the San Diego area. The area is very safe as there is a police presence throughout the night and you are directly accessible to the whole center on foot. Amazing location, for sure when I'm in Cartagena again I'll stay there. Hextor the owner, is an amazing person,friendly,kind, jentleman, always available and did the best he could for my stay. Thank you very much Hector for everything and definitely i will come back!

“Central, quiet, well appointed, good value”

You get a modern apartment for the price of a hotel room. Great for couples who want to prepare their own food and have a quiet spot in a central location. The kitchen works for breakfasts and simple meals, closet space is good, and you have an ironing board. The sofa can handle another guest. The rooms were spotless. There are only five units, three of which look onto the hallway and are relatively insulated from street noise. If you want street noise ask for the rooms with balcony. We were happy to get away from it in a hallway room. Hector was very responsive to issues we raised, and he is downstairs in the big fashion store which is the ground floor of the building. He was there at 7 am to help us bring luggage downstairs. We had a family wedding in Cartagena last year. I wish we had known about Casa Gimani, round the corner from the wedding venue.

Very modern, spotless and well equipped. Very friendly and efficient staff. Your privacy is respected, and a staff member is always available via whatsapp if you need anything. Would be hard to find a better location .. everything within a few minutes walk. Would definitely stay again
