Super friendly staff, from the welcoming receptionist to the serving staff at breakfast- all very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent, with generous space and lovely ensuite. Location in the middle of Carrickmacross was perfect. Breakfast choices very good and food lovely. A wonderful stay...we will return.

Second time staying at the Shirley & again can't do enough for you .. The only problem was the shower , couldn't adjust & the temperature very hot. Food was excellent as well. On my travels to visit family & friends will head for the Shirley again.

Staff In general were so lovely especially main reception lady, she couldn’t do enough to help us and also the cleaning staff were very kind. The only staff that were very rude were the breakfast staff.
