Exceptionally helpful and welcoming Reception women. Very comfortable, quiet room, view to the water over the road. Excellent breakfast, efficiently arranged and in a pleasant space

We had a nice room at the back of the Manoir, overlooking the garden - the Manoir is on a busy road, so the back room had less road noise. There is a boardwalk along the water if you cross the busy road. We were able to walk (10 minutes) to a restaurant for supper. The Manoir itself is very nice, it's a modern building with interesting marine decor. The included breakfast was buffet style, and was good. Lots of parking.
