Good location right in the centre and our room was quiet (apart from noisy people arriving back late to the room next door) but other rooms may be more noisy as the main street in Cardiff is popular with revellers

The hotel was centrally located with literally everything around us—pubs, cafes, shops, a castle, shopping centres, bus and train stations, an arena, and more. I was initially worried about noise, but thanks to the double windows, we didn't hear anything from the streets, even during Advent weekend. The staff was friendly, and the cleaners did a great job. The check-in/out process was quick and easy. We had a bath and shower 2-in-1, which was a great feature for me. The room came with three pillows of different softness levels and an amazingly soft but warm duvet. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of ingredients. The hotel also had a bar with a nice view of the shopping street. Another great point was that we could enjoy food we ordered from outside in the comfort of the bar. Highly recommended!
