The fine print
On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good communication before arrival made it very easy to find, park and collect the keys. Great location very close to shops, cafes and restaurants in Cardiff Bay. It was also about a 20 minute walk from the city centre. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. It was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. Lovely shower and very comfortable beds.

Excellent apartment in almost every way. Only 1 point. Air conditioning not working. So warm. Thank goodness for the fans provided. Everything else wonderful.
