The location, looking down on Cardiff City and Bay, was amazing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. We had two breakfasts and an evening meal, which were all delicious. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. We've booked another stay in September and can't wait.

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. We even had our own private garden. Second time staying within a few weeks!! Highly recommend. Staff are so very welcoming and friendly.

A really lovely, traditional hotel in a fabulous location with great views. The bed was comfortable, the room tastefully decorated and appointed with a very plush bathroom. Highly recommended

I liked the whole experience, the view outside our room was adequate and the bathroom was immaculate. the only downside is the tv didn’t work well even when it was clear skies. Also not far from the Centre of Cardiff.

Beautiful setting with fantastic views. Very spacious and well equipped room (standard double). Great food in the restaurant. Very nice outside seating.

The staff were ALL excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. The evening meals in the hotel were wonderful. The views were fabulous. My husband enjoyed his breakfasts.

We really enjoyed our short stay and wouldn't hesitate to come again. We had a very spacious and comfortable room with tea making facilities etc. Perfect. Breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and efficient but I would just like to mention Ewing who we felt was a real ambassador for New House Country Hotel.
