Comfortable bed, lovely size room, easy check in/out. Nice decoration. Handy location for motorway but shame not closer to shops/restaurants without needing to drive.

The staff are helpful and understand they don't treat any guest differently to each other no matter your status, for example im homeless and have stayed here 3 times now on my second stay i forgot to add breakfast while booking i only had £10 to my name breakfast costs £29 but the hotel manager allowed me to have breakfast for me and my husband for the £10 I was extremely grateful and thankful for the respect and consideration of the manager otherwise we would not have eaten the whole stay

I was impressed with the rooms, very tidy and clean, bed very comfy so no complaints on that part, don't look very nice on outside, but inside the hotel very impressive give it 4*, just shame bout location quite far out with not alot around unless your driving
