Room wasn't ready when we turned up well after the check in time. Air conditioning not working in room. The restaurant and staff were outstanding.

Fantastic stay only thing was the windows are very very old and have condensation trapped but lovely time just what me and my wife needed 24hours away form the kids.xx

Rooms could do with being updated and air con working properly but overall a good stay and the spa facilities was brilliant, the girls in there was lovely and spoke to everyone who walked in with a professional manner. Would recommend both hotel and spa facilities. Breakfast was okay... no mushrooms or fried eggs but don't know if they was being replenished.

I’ve not stayed here for a while and it’s gone a little bit downhill, it’s still ok but it’s used to be better. For room service there’s a WhatsApp, I messaged and never heard back! Went to the bar and they only do pizza on room service which is a bit disappointing. The carpets in the lift lobby are pretty bare and worn. The tea/coffee in the room was in short supply! The aircon wouldn’t turn down and the fan to it was really noisy. These are only little things. The staff were nice on reception. The room was clean. It’s fine for an overnight work stay.

Rooms are was great and comfortable. Only morning was very hot we couldnt close heating . You cant breathe. They said this was from big Windows.it reflects the sun. This is not to be a reason

Visited about 10years ago, loved it then but even better now. Beautiful, comfortable room, clean, sleek and elegant. Well stocked gym and lovely pool. Location great. Will be back.

The hotel was lovely and clean, all staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. The hotel even gave us a little surprise for our anniversary which was a lovely gesture.
