Situated by a M4 Service station. No noise from Motorway in hotel or bedroom. 4 x EV charging points. Easy access to Cardiff City (A48) and M4 for South Wales 2nd time stayed here

Little extra things - water and cupcakes in reception. Fruit bowls on the landing. Ice machine in corridor. Ice bucket in room, with wine glasses. Complimentary bottled water. Eco friendly packaging of toiletries. Loved it all!

I was offered a room on ground floor. I requested a quieter area and was put on 2nd floor. Very happy. Peaceful. Clean and comfortable.

The very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant and food was very good and they answered my requests requesting diet, allergies etc. The rooms were spacious too.
