Spacious twin room spotlessly clean. The staff were all lovely and no request was met with anything but a genuine willingness to help with a smile. The breakfast was exceptional fresh produce and very tasty.

The hotel was in an excellent location directly on the main shopping street. It was close to everything we needed, for example, the museums and the castle and only a short walk down of about 35 minutes to Cardiff Bay. The breakfast was exceptional with plenty of options and a nice calm vibe in the restaurant room. The staff were so helpful and very friendly and worked hard to accommodate our small change for the breakfast time once we realised we wouldn't be able to get up so soon! We asked for a quiet room and they were able to accommodate this easily with a room on the second floor. All in all, an exceptionally good value hotel with a high end experience.

What a beauty of a hotel! Such a little gem, right in the middle of Cardiff too! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were made star guests of the day and as a result we were upgraded to a premium room and given drink vouchers! Honestly was the best experience ever! Will definitely be returning 🙏

Nice room, very clean. And well equipped. Comfortable bed and very good breakfast. Perfect location for the centre of Cardiff.
