Nice situation near open water. It was efficient and professional. Good range of breakfast options. Quite close to station and opera. Clean and bright, modern and new. Good door entry card, easy to use.

No HDMI on manual T V can't connect, not good, very disappointing , 😞 leaving your customers unhappy, I paid for the hotel room and I expect to allowance us to connect Amazon prime on fire stick ! Sad 😔

Initially very frustrating when I had booked twin rooms, only to be told that Booking.com’s system defers to a “standard” room. Staff could have resolved the situation quickly and without stress if they’d just said the settee was easily made up to a bed! The location requires a twenty minute walk to the Bay Area or town, so isn’t ideal.
