Bed very uncomfortable very firm mattress. Shower the head was leaking hot water everywhere. Reported to the desk.

The staff at Future Inn went above and beyond to help us during quite a difficult time. They were so helpful and supportive . The accommodation is clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Room was great, plenty of space. Location for an evening out with friends was superb. Bar downstairs was perfect for drinks, we didn't have food but it was an enjoyable experience.

Brilliant sized beds and very comfortable. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Great location we walked to the shopping centre. Great breakfast and restaurant. Really enjoyed our stay and will return again.
