The fine print
Please note that Austins is entirely self-service. The property uses a pin code entry system. On the day of check-in, the guest will receive an email and text message with details of the room assignment and pin code. The pin code will allow entry at the front door and the allocated room.Unfortunately there is no parking on-site, however Sofia Gardens car park is a short walk away from the property and guests can park there.Please note that for all bookings of 3 or more rooms and for all bookings over 3 months in advance, the property reserves the right to charge a deposit equal to the cost of the first night. Any charges will not be made without the prior permission of the guest. An e-mail will be sent requesting permission to charge the deposit.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

it was clean and tidy single room teas and coffees small t.v in good area for the city. the bathroom and shower is down the hall and it looks quite nice good shower.

It is located very close to the old town and to the coach station. Quiet place. The personnel was very nice and cooperative.

My 3rd stay at this Guest house.Simple check in ,few days before and Simple Door entrance via text/email on day . Routine close to town centre for shops bars and all,sorts of different kinds of food places !! Locall. train station and buses in,walking distance. Local music venue ,Transhead in, walking distance.Huge stadium walking distance to. Simple guest house for,maybe 2 or 3 nights in Cardiff
