Great location for Cardiff Castle, very easy check-in, comfy bed and very responsive host! We had an issue with the bathroom lock (it felt apart and I was locked in) and the host arrived within minutes to solve the problem. Host also accommodated us checking in 3 hours early.

Made the touring easy being very close to the sites, Brute Park and shopping centre/eateries. Happy that it was near to the station too. The host was very helpful it making me feel relaxed, welcome and offered to be at hand in case of any issues.
