Guests travelling with a dog, please note that there is a fee of GBP 25 per dog per night. Only one dog is allowed per room.Please note all spa, gym and pool facilities are closed due to a major refurbishment.The Reception desk no longer takes cash payments. We stayed in the family room which was very spacious and comfortable. 3x large beds, small seating area. Large bathroom with weird shower setup with 3x shower heads which was very hm.... Curious. Lovely area and well kept grounds. We arrived late evening and set off early morning. This was a last minute booking during a long distance drive.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The staff were just amazing, attentive, warm friendly and super helpful. So dog friendly, a bowl and bed and treats were in the room when we arrived. Perfect. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome

Reason for stay was to visit a very sick friend in hospital. Catherine who checked us in was so kind when she heard and had fully briefed Liam who was on duty at 3am when I arrived back to the hotel after the death of my friend. Both members of staff were so kind and went beyond the call of duty.

Location, dog friendly, great staff, spacious room and bathroom. Relaxing atmosphere, rooms to sit and relax, great breakfast selection Dog bandanas 5 star with great area to walk dogs. Security also good which gives piece of mind

Possibly one of my most favourite hotels to stay at. Rooms are amazing, location is perfect for me and food and drink is great. Staff are so helpful.
