Perfect location. Close to all necessities and the beach is less than 10 min walk. I loved the fact that by staying here, supports the school for under privileged children. this accommodation is super clean and provides all the necessities while traveling on a budget. The breakfast was included. There was a large selection including fresh bread and warm pastel de nata custard tarts. The gardens and pool area are beautiful. We were surprised to find a banana tree and a turtle pond. The large shared balcony overlooks the garden and allows for an opportunity to meet fellow travelers if you want. Lots of space on the grounds to find some shade and privacy under the canopy of palm trees. We loved the place. The facility is not new but it is very well kept! Cheers from Canada. We will come back here the next time we are in Carcavelos.

Good location for train station to Lisbon, about 8 mins. Leave Abla, turn left, then left into Rua de Pedro Alvares, across the carpark, up footpath across green, turn right and the station is straight ahead! Yet no noise of trains in the room! Friendly staff, clean, private patio, cooked breakfast at 08.00. Comfy bed. Good restaurantes and supermarket. Short walk to beach [8 mins], St Julians School [8 mins], Nato College [15 mins], NOVA Business School [15 mins], and of course the St Julians castle - part of the third line of Torres Vedras and the Duke of Wellington's unused evacuation port.

The property was in an ideal location for restaurants, trains and buses. The staff were exceptional, every member of staff we spoke to were very courteous and helpful!

Room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is lovely and we often had it to ourselves. Great location, walking distance to the train, beach, supermarket and restaurants.

The terrace room was lovely with comfortable beds. Very quiet location. Debora the receptionist gave us excellent service always with a smile & left vanilla yoghurt in our fridge for me. The gardens & pool are a wonderful place to relax.
