Excellent location, at the feet of the old city. Clean and comfortable rooms, and it personnel was very friendly. I forgot my glasses at reception and they quickly put them aside for me to retrieve them later :) you can leave your baggage in reception before check in and after check out Breakfast was good and plentiful.

Great location as a stopover for a morning flight from Carcassonne airport, and a few minutes walk into the medieval city. Check in, and out, was very quick. Inside parking available for around €10/day.

The location was great, right under the Ramparts with good parking. Finding a fridge and a small kitchenette in the room was a nice surprise! Checking-in, keypad system and locks all worked great.

Spacious appartment. Really close to Carcassone castle (5-10min)!!! Clean and confortable. If we visit Carcassone again we would like to repeat. (we have traveled with 2 kids, 3 years old + 1 baby (2 months)) Easy instructions to arrive after closing reception. Just pay attention to take the proper deviation to the appartment. It is quite small and google maps is a little confusing. But if you stop nearby and inspect by foot you will find it easily. We did that because it was already dark and we couldnt find the place. Parking spot for 10eur per day (really useful)

You can walk in 2 minutes to Old Town! Parking in underground car park is just perfect. And we got an umbrella from the nice lady at the reception! We could even see the Old Town from our room!

Big apartment near the castle. Very kind and helpfull personal. Ideal for visit Carcassone. Quiet place. Parking in the underground garrage you have to pay extra. Apartmen was clean. To the center of city is 14min by walk. For us ideal place to stan on our trip. Very good value for money.
