The fine print
Guests will be charged the first night from the supplied credit card at the time of booking. Guest will receive a welcome email 48 hours prior to arrival with directions and check in instructions. Chalets are available for check in only after 3:00 PM. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. There is no reception at the retreat however guests may contact staff for assistance for any urgent request via the telephone or if non urgent email.A credit card surcharge of 1.95% will be charged for cancellations.

Liked everything about the property, from the location to the chalet. Everything was tidy, needs a manual for the chalet however. We weren’t able to get the conductor oven fan to work and didn’t know if we were just missing a switch. Utilities, pots etc all good standard and was a plus to the chalet. Bed was extremely comfortable. Flies did get in but a spray was provided which was good. The views were amazing and so was the tranquility of it all. Loved the decking and outdoor bbq, very easy to work too! Privacy was great.

It was a beautiful location, very isolated. The facilities were excellent. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Location is also great, not too far from all the shops and excitement in margaret river.
