Beautiful, quiet & spacious. We were given a free upgrade with a pretty view! Close to designer shops and an easy walk to Via Krup. But the BEST part was the luggage service! Leaving your luggage when you arrive by ferry with them at the port so we had the day to explore was great. Getting to the room late, and luggage is in our room waiting for us. Same leaving. Just leave your luggage in your room and find it waiting for you in front of your ferry pier. The Best! We missed our return ferry because we got stuck at the blue grotto. They called to check on us.

I recently traveled with my 1yo daughter and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we checked in, we were warmly welcomed, and I immediately felt at ease as a solo traveler with a child. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and the location is perfect, really close to the city center. What stood out the most was how they managed the details of our return trip to Naples. They provided me with the ferry schedule, organized the tickets, and even arranged for my luggage to be taken care of. This level of service made the entire experience so much more relaxing. The room itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, which was important when traveling with a toddler. We both slept well, and the amenities were perfect. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a wide variety of options, and I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring everything was fresh and high-quality. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I truly felt taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

An absolute gem of an hotel, lovely room, beautiful pool area and restaurant, communication from booking process through to arrival was excellent, well situated few minutes from main street/piazza,with sea views from pool and restaurant areas, will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Very beautiful hotel in centre of Capri. We appreciate luggage service from Marina to hotel. Its also near The lift so you can easily get to Marina.

Decent size room, nice and clean with good Italian decor. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff. Hotel offer a 10% discount to the adjacent restaurant, exceptional food and service.
