We loved, loved, loved everything about Canzone Del Mare! You feel transported back in time to the 1950s (in a good way) and the location is truly spectacular. Our room was clean and very comfortable - and the view out onto the ocean was just incredible (we stayed in room Sophia). The furniture and decor is more old school, as to be expected, but for the price you pay it is more than we could have asked for. You get a free day pass to the beach club for each night booked at the property - we stayed two nights so could use the pool on two of our three days (we didn't use it on our final day as we had an early ferry). There's also direct access to the sea and you receive a welcome cocktail on arrival (any choice from the menu). Marina Piccola is so much more peaceful than Capri town or Marina Grande, yet still so close and easy to travel in so you get the best of both worlds. Just outside the property there is a public bus stop and there's a bus into Capri town every 15 minutes (the journey only takes 10 minutes) until about 8pm (after that they run every hour) and a single ticket is about three euros.

The location is exceptional. The pool and access to the sea were lovely. The staff were helpful and polite.

Words can't describe the location. Absolutely breath taking, have never enjoyed a swim more in my life. Very easy to access with buses. Just so beautiful. Would recommend staying here to anyone

The location was great and the views were spectacular. Waking up to see the calm blue water and the magnificent famous Faraglioni rock formations along the high clifs was just something else. Very special place that certainly won't be forgotten. No one believed that we didnt use photoshop to saturate the colours on our photos, it is just a magical place that has to be seen at least once in a life time. Even if the hotel is not a five star, the staff would certainly make you feel like it is aspecially Gennaro who provided us whith royal treatment and made us feel very special every morning and our lifeguard who gave us a recomendation of a nice viewing point "Belvedere Tragara" which he deserves a star for.
