Great place to stay with a wonderful roof terrace and kitchen with a kettle,fridge,freezer and microwave. Quiet rooms,comfortable bed and powerful hot shower.

Access to a kitchenette with kettle coffee machine toaster and fridge was. And the wood burning stove in the kitchen/ sitting area was great for this time of year. Also the éntralos heating was turned on which added to my comfort.

This is the second time we stayed in 2 single rooms at the Hotel Rural Alfajía de Antonio and again couldn't fault it. We had a lovely welcome where the various facilities of the town were explained to us and Alberto couldn't have been more helpful with booking us on the minibus to Alto del Chorillo for the ascent of Mulhacén. The rooms are well designed in a rural style with plenty of space and a comfortable bed after a days hiking. The bathroom is excellent with a powerful hot shower. Perhaps the highlight is the terrace with its fantastic views up and down the valley and of Capileira itself. The perfect spot for a cold beer after a day in the mountains.

Really great hotel. Great place run by lovely people. No food offer, but plenty of options within 5 mins walk for all meal times, plus use of a kitchen. Nice rooms and a great location. Couldn't recommend higher.

Big room, big bathroom, beautiful roof top veranda. Helpful owner. Close to hikes, restaurants and shops. Capileira is a charming little village in the mountains.

Our host Alberto could not be more helpful. Excellent recommendations for walks, restaurants and local shopping. The room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The balcony allow glimpses of the valley and the roof top terrace gave commanding view of the area. Communal cooking and eating facilities were excellent with a good coffee machine.
