The hotel is located right in the heart of Cape Town, perfect for my business needs, but also great for tourists. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. My meeting's times changed and I had to change my reservation, they made sure that it caused me no inconvenience. I stayed in a loft - very spacious and well laid out, equipped with everything one may need for a short or long stay. Safe parking was provided which was an additional bonus. I can recommend the ice coffee too!

The location is excellent if you need to do business in the city centre and it is close to the tourist attractions too. It was nice to have access to safe parking.

Loved the location, just 1 block away from the historical area. The hotel was so friendly especially the bar and restaurant staff. Rooms were spacious with fully equipped kitchen though we used their restaurant all the time as it was great value.

Nice well equipped apartment. Stylish decor. Big shower. Lovely little pool and bar on the roof where James the bar man made us some excellent cocktails. Reception, bar and restaurant staff all very helpful and friendly. You can pay for reserved parking in multistorey next door.

Everything inside the building and the rooms are perfect. Friendly staff and a nice social buzz lingers through the bar/restaurant area. The room was clean and spacious. Cannot fault anything inside.

We booked this hotel in Cape Town Downtown not knowing much about the city areas. It turned out to be the perfect decision, we had a nice view from the rooftop (where we regularly enjoyed our coffee or beer at the pool) and walked every day somewhere else, since the hotel is within max. half an hour walking distance from most city parts (Waterfront, BoKaap, etc.). Long Street was really close and we went there a couple of times for a dinner or drink. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious, we didn't book it but went downstairs to have it couple of times. The coffee in the lobby at the Barista Station is amazing, one of the best coffees we had in Cape Town. The Internet also works well which was important for us because we were working while staying in Urban Oasis. Housekeeping and service were exceptionally friendly and made us feel really welcome while there. Would definitely stay there again if/when visiting Cape Town next time.

Great Location. Helpful staff. Nice to have the cafe underneath the hotel but very noisy at 7am. Room large and had great kitchen, fridge, washing machine. Large bathroom. All very clean.
