Great location, beautiful historic house and staff. Chelsea was also very friendly, and breakfast was awesome. I chose to stay in the budget single bedroom. It was well suited for my short stay, but note that it is right besides the entrance and close to the street. Therefore, it is a little bit noisier than other rooms, and not fully integrated in the Villa main house. In any case, the service and staff exceeded my expectations.

Very lovely staff, incredibly welcoming, and the position of the hotel was perfect. I stayed for three weeks and felt right at home. Breakfast always set me up for a great day too.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Rosa. The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful (the owner, Stephen, gave us tips on what to do every day during our stay and was a truly awesome host, and David's different hot breakfasts each morning were wonderful). Great location just 5min Uber from the best beaches in Cape Town, and a quick walk down to great restaurants and Mojo Market. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough!
