The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and assisted us with all our requests. The check-in was also very quick and smooth. The room was also amazing with an incredible view. Everything was very clean and smelling fresh

My only concern was the opening where the pipes are behind the television. It caused a cold breeze into the room but I'd say my overall experience was amazing.

It is the third time I have booked this hotel, I just love everything about it. Myself and my family stayed in a comfortable two bedroom apartment, it was beautiful, it had all the basic amenities we needed. Staff was just amazing from Receptionist to Security to Cleaners, everyone was helpful and friendly. I loved walking to Canal Walk Mall for my shopping. You guys are the best, will come back again and again and again🫶🏽🙏🏾

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is quite spacious and has everything you need at yiur fingertips. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to restaurants and shops.
