All staff are lovely and happy to help you . The interior design of the hotel is superb. The location in the city is very convenient, Close of Museums, markets, port etc.. Also close of the stop of the Red touristic bus (hip hop)

I loved the location of the place, it is closer to the shops because it's in the CBD. I loved the staff, they're so friendly and helpful, especially Nolan, he's really amazing

I enjoyed that everybody there was really kind and always helpful with my inquiries, the hotel is awesome, I loved the face recognition they have to enter the hotel, I felt safe and enjoyed my stay a lot! My only regret is that I could not stay more time there
