Ease of access and location, with good security. Nice, modern and spacious apartment that's very conducive for family. Safe car parking in hte basement. Nice TV and wifi services and the kitchen appliances were suitable (i.e. dishwasher, crockery, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker). The apartment was just right for us.

The location was good. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and modern. Trish, the agent, is lovely, helpful, and accommodating. There are enough plug points and emergency lights. This is a good apartment for adults; it's a little stressful if you have busy little ones because of the stairs and open loft.
