Noisy air conditioning unit, and noisy outside early morning (staff/workers) with window closed. Great breakfast. Nice staff.

I lied the location which is within walking distance to the vibrant waterfront. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was spacious and clean. The common areas were comfortable and elegant. Breakfast was rich and the dinner plates tasty and generous in portion. The front desk manager was very helpful and helpful.

Location to V & A waterfront, 3 mins safe walk Safe and secure hotel, security 24 hrs Excellent choice of breakfast, the made to order omelettes we’re superb Lovely outdoor terrace and pool area

Some of the staff were friendly, kind, helpful. Our breakfast lady became a friend. Check in staff seemed confused. Check out staff tried to make us pay twice for our airport transfer. Our first room only had cold water to shower: our second room had a very good hot shower

Close location to the waterfront. Shopping mall and many eateries and entertainment joints are a walking distance. It is also in a very safe part of the City.

Excellent breakfast choice. Room was a good size and bed was comfy. Great location, 5 minutes walk to V&A waterfront. Pool was brilliant. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Great tour organised by your tour colleague.

The location near the Waterfront is perfect. I felt very safe walking around the area on my own. I only had breakfast on the last day but it was excellent. The room was quite large and comfortable.

Location was great and easy access to V&A Waterfront. The pool area is quite small for the size of hotel but well maintained. Breakfast was a decent standard and the bar area was nice
