Central location, limited number of apartments in the building. Convenient driving access to nearby V&A Waterfront, restaurants on Long Street etc. The room has a seperate sleeping area, lounge and kitchen fitted out with all the basic appliances fridge, microwave oven and sink

I loved that the place was central to all the venues I intended to visit everything was within walking distance which was very convenient. Also having a Superette right next to the premises was just a plus!

Millicent helped us check in and made the process extra smooth and enjoyable. We enjoyed the layout of the room, with a divider between the bed and living room area. Our room also had a space to work just adjacent to the living room. The kitchen has everything you need for a short or long term stay. We enjoyed having a block out blind and a balcony in the bedroom area.
