The renovation work takes place during the day from Mondays to Saturdays between 08:00am- 17:00pm.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The location and views from our room (sea facing), were exceptional. Free drinks and water, also available on request for more water (free).

Fionne the reception manageress was absolutely fantastic absolutely pleasure to deal with and I have to say so welcoming it made us stay I have had 30 odd pubs seven hotels and six night clubs and I still own a couple now and I wish I had someone like her working for me just stay in the hotel was exceptional no problems and an interesting location

The Bay Hotel’s location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the mountains and the sea. Relaxing by the pool while soaking in the scenery was a highlight of our stay. However, the service left much to be desired. When we arrived, there was no one to assist us with our luggage, which set a disappointing tone. Our room also had a musky smell, which impacted our overall comfort. The staff could benefit from more comprehensive hospitality training, and the addition of a dedicated concierge service would enhance the guest experience significantly. While the setting is truly spectacular, the service needs improvement to match the beauty of the surroundings.
