Beautifully appointed room, well serviced. Breakfast buffet was exceptional, food quality outstanding. Staff are friendly and helpful. Obviously well trained. It is a city centre location, opposite St George’s cathedral and Company gardens. It is near to buzzy Greenmarket square and the sightseeing bus stops, but a 20+minute walk to the waterfront.

The location was perfect for getting to see the city beyond the V&A waterfront and we chose it specifically for its location. The inclusive breakfast was superb and I loved the way that the recent interior design of Mint (the restaurant where breakfast was served) had been put together.

I've been fortunate enough to stay in many 5* hotels, but never have I experienced customer service on this level. The staff is so kind. Nothing is too much. Their attention to detail is beyond expectation and what makes the experience really unique is that their care for their is very personalised and seems genuine en sincere. The breakfast was amazing and their gym is also really good.
