The room was not ready when we arrived at 3pm. With two small children it was inconvenient as they were tired from traveling all day. After waiting for an hour with no explanation and being constantly told they were going to find out if it was ready we eventually spoke to the Radisson area manager who was helpful and arranged an immediate upgrade and discount.

The renovations and care to detail have certainly made a big upgrade to the beautifully situated hotel. The bedrooms are a lovely size and still have baths and showers. It felt very luxurious yet comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly and the food was superb. Now back on our favorite Cape Town hotel.

The room was great, bed very comfortable and the room spacious with beautiful view. Breakfast had all that anyone could need/eat. The location is perfect for a run along the promenade, as well as a visit to the V&A Waterfront.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel values quality and guest experience. The attention to detail in every aspect—from the beautifully curated furniture to the elegant decor—made for a truly luxurious and inviting atmosphere. Every corner of the hotel felt thoughtfully designed, creating a space that was both stylish and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet. It was simply spectacular! A wide variety of fresh, high-quality options catered to every taste, and the presentation was just as impressive as the flavours. Whether you prefer a light, healthy start or a more indulgent breakfast, the selection was outstanding. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Looking forward to my next visit!

The restaurant is beautifully located with exceptional views. The breakfast is fantastic The walk along the pier is wonderful Pool overlooking the sea is brilliant.
