Excellent location, just a 3 minute walk to the waterfront, very friendly staff, the double rooms were great for a family of 3, a little squeeze but fine for us. Breakfast was good

The room was very convenient and comfortable. I stayed in another room with my work, that was at the university building. Although that room was also fine, the furniture was very rundown and didn't feel clean. I think for the money that is charged that was not ok at all. However, this room felt more comfortable and clean.

Whilst booking I mentioned I would be arriving approximately 10.30am after a 25 hours journey. I requested access to a room asap. However I did not get my room till 2.30pm. I struggle to believe it was not possible to get me into a room earlier. There was no information in my room. I had no idea of dining facilities, I fact I didn’t know if there was a pool, a lounge area. I was in c block which appeared to be all lecture rooms and dining canteen and bar. It was all extremely odd and not the feel or look of a hotel.

Ok so it’s good, no real complaints and it’s quite close to the V&A but then again it’s far enough away to be a little risky to walk and yet too close to take na Uber. I did walk but I heard reports of issues with theft after dark so beware. But back to the “hotel”, I stayed in a part of the old prison, it’s now a college and it was a tad weird to be wandering around between college lecture rooms and student lecturers etc. did it detract from my stay? No, just a tad odd! That said, reception staff were very friendly and I have no complaints !

The hotel has great location, we have booked a room for 4 people. it was small, and old room. The doors of bath room and toilet are so bad, made of glass. The room on the first floor was so loudy at night because in front of hotel, people was talking loud, it was a kind of meeting point. The day we arrived, there was a problem with room door's key, we had to wait after 12 hours of flight. The price we paid was only for the excellent location. Thank you any way.
