This is a beautiful hotel, in a perfect location, close to the promenade and shops and restaurants. The amenities are great, but the best thing is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. The service is beyond excellent!

We love the location of this hotel and the staff are lovely. The swimming pool is a bonus with children but, as mentioned below, it was barely usable this year as the water was freezing. There's always parking available (though it is charged at 70 Rand per night). We liked the layout of our room (our children slept in the living room area and we had a separate bedroom). The food is excellent quality on the whole.
