I genuinely appreciated nearly every aspect of my experience at Pepperclub Hotel. From the initial communication with the staff prior to our arrival to the moment we stepped into the hotel the service was exceptional, I found the establishment to be stunning, complemented by excellent facilities and services. I particularly valued the shuttle services to the V&A Waterfront and the availability of changing and locker rooms in Camps Bay for guests. This arrangement allowed us to fully enjoy our time at the beach and in the restaurant without the concern of managing our day luggage.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious clean and nice. I really loved the fresh lilies in the lobby. Also they acommodated us with a late checkout.

I booked this hotel for a close friend’s birthday trip. It was a large booking with 24 of us. Even at that, the hotel management and staff were so accommodating and provided excellent service. One member of the reservation team - Niesa was exceptionally great. Which is a reflection of the hotel management itself. A few of my friends even extended their stay - that’s how much they loved it.
