Very central to the places that we wanted to visit. All within walking distance. The Castle, Slave Museum and District 6. All not to be missed. Staff super friendly and helpful. Arranged our pick up from the airport and taxi to our next destination. Breakfast good with a variety of options. Nothing too much trouble for the staff on duty. Room really clean , lots of room and bathroom big with nice toiletries. The windows in our room rattled as it was very windy but we sorted it out by stuffing paper in the gaps.

Very neat and modern inside a beautiful old building. Wonderfully clean and comfortable room. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. The onsite restaurant was an added bonus with good food. Valet service for the car was also professional and very efficient! Great place for visiting Cape Town’s city centre. Good value for money.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpfull, it is a very nice hotel that has recently been revamped. Modern with clean rooms. Breakfast was very nice with a restaurant on the 8th floor for evening dining. Enjoyed our stay with no complaints.

Breakfast is up on the 8th (top) floor where you'll also find the reception. The hotel has kept the original features of the Old Bank and is light and airy. The breakfast is substantial and sets you up well for the day ahead - staff are very friendly and willing to help. The location is right in the centre of the CBD so very easy to walk around and return to the hotel, however Ubers are readily available from right outside the hotel.
