The hotel room itself was beautiful and spacious. Loved the setup in the room. Property was ideally located and walking distance to main bars

The staff welcome you as if you were a favourite cousin come to visit. I felt safe in the neighborhood and appreciated how they look out for you. I had a issue with my safe not locking and they pulled out all the stops to sort for me. Mind you I got back from Dinner after 9pm! It was super clean, a large room and someone was there daily if you wanted a bed made or new towels. Roof top was nice too.

The reception was very very helpful...they kept trying to give us balcony room...but hotel was over booked for the balcony room..
