I'm really not sure what hotel all the negative reviews stayed at. For what you pay you get wonderful staff, a very clean room, air con and great coffee

The rooms are not as small as I thought it would be. It’s central, right in the CBD and close to restaurants. They have a small cafe downstairs by the reception area which has really affordable food and the breakfast was delicious.

The location was right in town so there was access to a lot of facilities which didn't need transportation. you can just walk to the places without stress. a very safe neighborhood. o really loved the location

The room with balcony had the most beautiful city and mountain views. Loved the privacy of the balcony. Free coffee every morning was awesome. Breakfast was delicious and The restaurant staff were very friendly too. Loved the housekeeping service. Stayed for 6 nights and every day my bed would be made, bathroom cleaned, fresh towels given and the dishes washed. Left my belongings freely and it would be neatly stored away. The air-con in the room was top tier. The tv channels good. Room amenities good. Safe neighbourhood i walked to the local shops and bars. Easy and affordable cab services, used In-drive for all my trips. Waiting time was about 2 min on average.
