Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Every thing spotless drinks were very reasonable for a hotel like this. Menu for evening meal excellent standard and also very reasonable

Staff in all areas of the hotel were exceptional. So friendly to my 5 year old twins. Breakfast was great, rooms very spacious and clean. Excellent location.

Well located a 15min walk to the V&A waterfront and a 10min cab ride into central Cape Town. The staff were friendly, welcoming and couldnt do enough for you. We arrived early after a 11hr flight and had 5hrs untik Check in. We were welcomed to chill out by the pool and after only 90mins we could check in!

The cleanliness of the hotel. The bed and pillows were comfy. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and my stay. I wish I had stayed longer.
