The location, proximity with shops, restaurants, retail stores, little grocery stores next door. The front office staff and the room service staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff were very friendly, inviting and always ready to assist when need be. The room itself was well cleaned and maintained. Although the unit we had booked was not sound proofed, we could not hear any other tenants at all, unless they were in the corridor. Overall had a good experience at the Fountains Hotel, especially for its price point.

Amongst other things, I was so impressed with the excellent service we received during our stay. The staff were superb. I won't be doing justice if I don't mention the lady by the name of Vuyo and the other white in complection african lady that was serving tea at the dining hall. Wow, what friendly and helpful people you have there.

I loved everything and I was welcomed and treated so well by a lady named Vuyo 🥰. She was such a sweetheart. A big ups to your staff and the cleanliness of the place. Oh and it always smelled good 😊

The rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was also very big and the shower had great pressure.
