Room was beautiful. kept clean. An ironing board an iron were available at my convenience. The room has a fridge. The availability of a gym at my door. It was a great place to come back to after a very long day. The complementary cookie.

The room and amenities was very good, and everything was exceptionally clean and functional, though quite souless in decor. I had no complaints about the room at all. The hotel was convienient to the University, and the travel desk was very helpful with airport transfers

The big positive is the staff. Especially the team at the reception. They were the most helpful people and super nice. Rooms are very clean. The reception floor is outstanding and there is a good vibe there. The location is not bad at all and there are tons of shops and restaurants and coffee shops right next to the hotel.

First, the staff was very friendly and all smiles, managed to arrange us a family paraplegic en-joint of two rooms upon request. House keeping service was top notch and will definitely return for a rather longer stay next time. Excellent accommodation for a family holiday!

Comfortable room in a quiet hotel which tourists will need a taxi to reach. Restaurant offers nice food and bar a wide choice of drinks. Hotel is in a mixed hotel, office, retail, residential development so without leaving the building there is a convenience store and a couple of Asian food outlets for cheaper food. Public areas feel spacious and airy. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the Waterfront, but it's not that frequent so we found Uber better met our needs.
