Such a gem! the whole quarter is really appealing and Dixon House is no exception. We had a Delixe Room with a direct door to the little terasse. The room itself is spacious and beautifully designed. We absolutely loved our stay and would have liked to stay longer. Also a very vibrant neighbourhood and felt safe.

Loved the location, a short walk to the shops, restaurants and bars, Dixon house and our room was beautifully decorated and trendy. The staff were extremely friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. Thank you, we will book again next time we are in Cape Town.

Already from outside the place is welcoming, with an elegant facade and a small, nice garden, which is also part of the restaurant. Walking through the restaurants you get a friendly welcome from the staff. Rooms are big and bright. All very romantic and very good located. Atmosphere is quiet and informal. Great roof terrace, where you also can take your food/ drinks.

I had a lovely self-contained apartment on street level. The air conditioner was a complete blessing as it was over 30 degrees each day I stayed. Bed was very comfortable.
