The staff were really friendly and helpful. We went for my wife's birthday. As part of my request, I asked if they could do anything special. They were able to but at an additional cost. I declined the offer as it was out of budget. However, when we got to the room they put up a birthday banner and gave a nice biscuit gift. I didn't expect that which was really nice of them. We stayed in the executive suite. The suite itself was nice. But some stuff weren't great. Firstly, the microwave didn't work properly. The rotation was broken. The taps were strange. Turning the taps on hot made cold and vice versa. The window does not close properly and it was quite windy that evening so wind would slip through. The pillows had a bit of a strange smell. My wife had to throw a towel over it. But other than that, we had a nice stay and my wife loved it.

Enjoyed the place, spacious,clean ,people were friendly,location closed to restaurants ,Woolies,Vida cafe, Mozambik, The Slug and Lettuce,Clicks etc Only improvement would be to open up more cupboard space. And a stove would have been great in unit 431

Staffs were wonderful, very helpful specially when traveling With a toddler... Great facility having Woolworth food and clicks just downstairs.. food at Mozambic resto was nice too
