I loved the small plates at lunch, and had an excellent spa treatment with Pamela. The heritage suite was very comfortable and spacious. And all the front desk team were superb and very friendly. Jeanette will sort any problem with efficiency and a big smile.

Love love LOVE this place! The views, the location, the cleanliness, how helpful the staff are, the rooms, the restaurant, food and the salon! I would highly recommend this hotel as a solo traveller and or with friends/family. Amazing!

I always love staying at Cloud 9, it’s my first choice when I’m in the city. The staff are warm and welcoming, the amenities are luxurious and comfortable, and it’s super safe!
