It was impeccable clean! Staff very helpful. In-house automatic vendors very useful. They even have a laundry. One of the best locations for easy mobility in Cape Town.

There was a scenario where I left my phone in the Uber, and the security guy advised me to go into the reception and ask for a phone. The receptionist was very polite and gave me a phone without hesitation. Then, I was able to be helped.

The location was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was basic but thoughtfully planned and well appointed with a wide and comfortable bed. The vending machines were useful and handy. There were free styrofoam containers and cups.
