A well located self-catering apartment with a stunning view... we have frequented this apartment for years now. Ideal for our stay and suited our needs. The property manager is quick to respond, which we appreciate. Michael at the security entrance is always friendly and welcoming.

We have been several years in this very beautiful flat. We choose it due to its perfect location near the Waterfront and the Ocean walking route along the seaside. The view from this flat is very very nice and we can see the dolphins and seals playing in the sea. Also the watchman Michael and the housekeeper are very helpful. The manager was very kind to let us check in early, as the flat was empty in the morning, we are very grateful for this flexibility.

A fantastic stay at this incredible waterfront apartment. Arrival: fully secure and 24 hour security on the main gate with free parking. Great communication from Nashrine before and during my stay. I was halfway through my business trip so got my laundry done locally which was collected, delivered the next day, all perfect. The apartment is on the first floor so you have a lovely view over the ocean out towards the sea and overlooking lovely boats. On Coronation Day, I treated myself to a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel next door which was incredible. The apartment is large, spacious and very well appointed with beautiful furnishings so you feel that you are in a very luxurious place. Fully fitted kitchen with all the bells and whistles including a great Nespresso coffee machine and coffee supplied. There was some milk also supplied. The rest is easily available but to be honest I didn't buy anything else in as I ate out and met up with friends throughout my stay. There are two televisions with DStv 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. The balcony is beautiful with French windows that stay open giving you the feel that you are right on the water. Remember your South African plug if you are coming from overseas as it is the round 3 pin type Wi-Fi was superfast So, for me, quality, security, location, convenience and communication all truly get a more five-star rating. I have no hesitation recommending this place to those people who want the homely feel but to be on the water's edge. Thanks to everyone for making my stay so utterly reliable, enjoyable and unforgettable. I can't wait to come back later in the year.

Great localtion and easy to walk to alot of great spots. Beaches, restaurants and shops. The apparment is overlooking a small Yaught Club with views of the ocean.
